Established in February of 2009, the Women's Enrichment Ministry of Topsail Baptist Church in
Hampstead, N.C., began as a vision of Mrs. Lisa Sutton. As the wife of TBC's Assistant Pastor Jeff Sutton,
Lisa found faithful women desiring to share in fellowship and fun with each other, our church families and
our community.
